Law firm Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff is issuing a call for disgruntled users as part of their investigations of “potential problems with the release of iPhone 4.”
The lawyers write, “If you recently purchased the new iPhone and have experienced poor reception quality, dropped calls and weak signals, we would like to hear from you.”

That's more than the $170.80 iSuppli estimates for the cost of the materials inside the iPhone 3GS, Apple's last-generation smart phone.

A man beat his two-year-old stepdaughter then suffocated her to death in an American town for crying during a World Cup football match between the US and Ghana which the latter won. To make the killing look accidental, he jammed a screw down her throat.
Hector Castro, 28, has been arrested for murdering in McAllen city in Texas Saturday. Ghana beat the US 2-1.
The Monitor quoted McAllen police chief Victor Rodriguez as saying: "There are no words for this. It makes you want to think about doing lots of things to this guy, but he will face the criminal justice system just like everybody else."

The Daily Mail reported this morning than an iPhone 4 recall is underway, but don’t believe it; the UK publication’s source was a tweet from a fake Steve Jobs Twitter account.
Apple hasn’t announced any plans to recall its new phone.
The Twitter account @ceoSteveJobs is a fake account and its Bio says, "I don't care what you think of me. You care what I think of you. Of course this is a parody account."
But if the complains grown and customers express their dissatisfaction then the apple will have no other choice but to recall it but its gonna be giant headache to steve :(

Researchers have found a novel technique of destroying cancer cells in the body by injecting exploding gas bubbles into the blood stream.
The research team from Leeds University developed the technique that uses microscopic gas bubbles to carry chemotherapy drugs to tumours, where the drugs can target the cancer cells.
Each of the tiny bubbles, which are less than a tenth of the width of a human hair, can be specifically targeted towards cancer cells so that they clump around the tumour.

Anil Ambani-backed Reliance Communications and GTL Infrastructure have agreed on a Rs 50,000 crore deal to create the world’s largest independent telecom infrastructure company, which would not be controlled by any telecom operator.
Under the deal, the telecom towers of Reliance Infratel, in which Reliance Communications holds a 95 per cent stake, would be merged with GTL Infrastructure, which offers infrastructure services to wireless telecom operators.
The deal is expected to close within six months. The combined entity would have 80,000 towers and over 1.25 lakh tenancies.

Oscar-winning sound technician Resul Pookutty is among 135 artistes and executives who have been invited by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to join as a voting member.
"The work of these individuals has been appreciated by moviegoers all around the world. The Academy is proud to invite each and every one of them," said Academy president Tom Sherak in a statement.
Elated over the news, Pookutty said that this is another recognition of the work by Indian artistes. "It's a great honour to be nominated as a voting member by the board of governors," Pookutty said.
Pookutty is the first Asian sound technician to be a member of the Academy.
