Ratan Tata, Tata Group chairman, on sunday announced that all their businesses in aerospace and defence will be centered in Hyderabad.

Speaking at a function which was organised for handover of the first India built cabin for Sikorsky S-92 helicopter for US-based Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation.

The cabins were manufactured by Tata Advanced Systems (TAS), wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons at Adibatla SEZ on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

Tata Docomo will be the first private telecom operator to roll out 3G services across INDIA on 5th November.

Tata Teleservices Managing Director Anil Sardana told reporters here on Wednesday that the 3G services would be launched in Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh-Chattisgargh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh (West), Punjab, Haryana and Maharashtra. “Tata Teleservices will launch 3G services in all the nine circles, where it has 3G licence,'' he said.

“Powered with cutting-edge technology support from its partner NTT DOCOMO of Japan, Tata DOCOMO's 3G services will change the way consumers use their mobile phones, riding on the back of game-changing products, applications and services,'' a statement said.

In a release, the DoT said, "The countrywide launch of MNP services will start from Haryana Licensed Service Area on November 25, 2010. From this date customers in Haryana will have the option of changing their service provider without changing their mobile numbers."

With fuss growing after missing three deadlines, mobile number portability (MNP), which allows subscribers to retain numbers even after changing service operators, will be rolled out in November, Telecom Minister A Raja said.

"November 1 onwards, MNP would be operational partially... First, we wanted to inaugurate in Haryana," Raja told reporters on the sidelines of an event organised by BSNL in New Delhi on Tuesday.

The MNP system in the first phase, will be introduced in 11 circles and the implementation will begin from the second or third week of November.

An official announcement about this will be made on November 1. Implementation in the eleven circles would be completed by December 20, he said.

The study, published in the 'Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology' journal, suggests muscle inflammation after acute injury is essential to repair. It can also lead to new therapies for acute muscle injuries that lead to inflammation.

In the study, Prof Lan Zhou and colleagues at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio discovered inflamed cells produce a high level of a hormone called insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) which significantly increases the rate of muscle regeneration.
