Britain super luxury Auto maker Rolls Royce has said India joined China and Japan in selling its vehicles which are priced up to 4.25 crore rupees, making it third largest seller in Asia Pacific region.

One of the Top Indian industrialist, Wipro Chairman Azim Premji said that he will transfer company shares worth Rs 8,846 crore to his endowment trust named Azim Premji Foundation later this month.

This happened because The New York Times published about the ordeal of Clarabelle Rodriguez, who bought a pair of glasses and contact lenses from DecorMyEyes in July.
The change was prompted by a recent incident involving Vitaly Borker, a Brooklyn-based online seller of eyeglasses. Mr Borker claimed that he purposely shouted at and frightened some of the customers at DecorMyEyes.com because the online complaints actually worked in his favour in Google search results.

According to IIT-Madras, Social networking website Facebook has offered up to $85,000 (approximately Rs 38 lakh) per annum salaries to IIT-Madras students during placements this year.
“About 100 students have applied for the interview and officials from Facebook are interviewing students from the United States through Skype,” said N. Ramesh Babu, advisor (training and placement), IIT-M.

Before 30-sept 2010, India added 17.10 million mobile subscribers making the total number of mobile users to 687.71 million according to official data.
According to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, the wireless phone user base grew 2.55 percent to 687.71 million in September, from 670.60 million in the previous month.
With this, the total telephone subscriber base in the country, both wireless and wireline, touched 723.28 million. The total telephone density reached 60.99 percent.

U.S. Patent And Trademark Office has sent the social networking site, facebook a Notice of Allowance, which says they have agreed to grant the word 'Face' as trademark to the facebook under some certain conditions.

The giant goat, which weighed nearly four times a normal goat. Its owner Nadeem Khan said he had brought it from Chambal, Madhya Pradesh and had been rearing it for over two years, feeding it the best of food and milk.
He said he spent Rs. 400 per day on its care. He sold that goat for whopping around Rs.1.75 lakhs at the market.

Recently, China has unveiled its first ever electronic passports that contain embedded microchip containing all the information.
One of the Chinese official says that the adoption of electronic passports complies with international trends and plays an important role in international travel for officials.
The embedded microchip contains personal data including name, family name, personal numeric code, the document's term of validity, the issuing agency and citizenship, China Daily reported.
