An elderly lady was caught driving a car without a seat belt. But she wasn't fined because she can't be. She's the Queen!
Queen Elizabeth drove her Jaguar away from a polo match in Windsor without wearing the belt, and The Daily Mail caught her on camera.
She was not on a public road, but even if she was, the chance of her getting a ticket was a zero.
Such driving is against the law, but a reigning monarch cannot be found guilty of it.
As British courts are established on her behalf, the Queen cannot be a defendant in one -- as it would mean she was prosecuting herself.

Anil Ambani and elder brother Mukesh Ambani and their families are vacationing together in the same lodge in Kruger National Park. This adds to growing evidence that they have sunk their differences possibly knocking down the “Deewaar”.
They spent three days together “by design” and will return to Mumbai on Sunday evening.
It has been a decade since the two brothers went for a holiday together. In 2000, they vacationed with their families and father Dhirubhai Ambani and mother Kokilaben Ambani.
Since then, the two nature loving brothers have avoided being in the same location together at the same time.

Internet giant Google introduced some of the fruits of its labor, including 360-degree pictures from the country’s soccer stadiums and maps with information on some of South Africa’s most important sights.
To get shots from inside the buildings, Google used what it calls the Street View Trike — a bulky tricycle with cameras mounted on it. The video of the tricycle in use shows a sometimes-tired looking employee pedaling through the stadiums; he’s not moving quickly, but he makes sure to wear a helmet.

Ms. Kim three months ago joined legions of wannabe singers by putting up a homemade video on YouTube. But hers had a twist: She used iPhones and music-creation apps as accompaniment.
“I have many songwriter friends, who introduced me to various music applications,” she said. “Since I bought my iPhone, I kept playing with it and experimenting with different apps and got totally hooked.”

At Google I/O a few weeks ago, Google teased the audience with a glimpse of a web-based iTunes competitor that would be a new section of the Android Market.
Google also announced the acquisition of Simplify Media. Using Simplify’s technology, Google will offer a desktop app that will give you access to all DRM-free media on Android devices remotely.
This new market wouldn’t be Google’s first foray into music. Last fall, Google announced Music Onebox, new kind of Google search result that lets you instantly stream songs directly from Google’s results page; and Google Discover Music, a search engine to find songs on the web.

Nearly 600 budding animators have developed India's first-ever 3D animation movie on cricket called 'Cric X'.
Students from Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC) worked through nine months and developed the 80-minute feature film under the institute's Mentorship Series `Creative Shop', Mr Sanjeev Waeerkar, the chief creative officer, MAAC, and the creators (students) of the movie said.
'Cric X' is inspired by the popularity and craze people have for cricket in India, they said.
The movie revolves around the fun, excitement and dreams associated with cricket, complete with imaginative, visually appealing and excellent story telling, Mr Waeerkar said.

A $300 million (£204 million) museum and arts centre dedicated to Michael Jackson could be built next year, according to his father Joe Jackson.
Gary Mayor Rudy Clay said the project would create thousands of jobs and, when finished, was expected to bring at least 750,000 visitors a year to the city. He estimated it would generate $100 million (£68 million) to $150 million (£102.37) in income for the community each year.
"This project will be the magnet that will draw people from all over the world," Clay said.
The money to build the Jackson Family Museum and Hotel and the Michael Jackson Performing Arts and Cultural Center and Theatres will come from investors and donations, Clay said.

FIFA says Latin diva Shakira’s Waka Waka (This Time For Africa) has been chosen as the official song for this edition of the World Cup. Shakira will perform the song with South African band Freshlyground during the event.
According to FIFA, Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) represents the vitality and energy of the host Continent. South African guitars back up the Afro-Colombian rhythm and Soca beat. The chorus is similar to that of a popular Cameroon song made famous by Golden Voices in particular.
However (a big however), everyone other than FIFA seems to think that the official song for the Football World Cup is Somalia-born Canadian hip-hop artist K’naan’s Wavin’ Flag. The song has virtually taken over social networking sites like YouTube and is even being played in commercials.

London (PTI) The Spice Girls are hoping to regroup for another comeback tour but the bandmembers are struggling to convince Victoria Beckham. The ''Wannabe'' hitmakers thrilled fans when they returned for a sold-out world trek in 2007 and 2008, the first time the original line-up had performed together since Geri Halliwell quit to go solo in 1998, Daily Mirror online reported.
Following the jaunt, Beckham vowed to hang up her microphone to concentrate on her fashion ventures. The girl group is now reportedly eager to get back on stage - but singers Halliwell, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton and Melanie Chisholm are struggling to persuade Beckham to join them.
"The girls are so excited. They are buzzing about getting back together and each have so many new ideas and so much to bring to the table.
