Towers of Hanoi maths puzzle into a maze
Ants capability to find the shortest route find the exit of maze with in an hour and to find the second shortest route when the first path was obstructed inspires the researcher for future computation.
Published in the Journal of Experimental Biology, University of Sydney researchers have shown that the tiny ant is capable of solving complex mathematical problems. Researchers says, this will help computer engineers to develop efficient programming for the software to solve logistical problems and maximise efficiency in many human industries.
Researchers were amazed to see an ant solving the problem by converting the classic Towers of Hanoi maths puzzle into a maze.
